2026 Meetings
Spring Informational Meeting: Sunday, March 29th, 5pm @ State Center City Hall
Scheduling Meeting: Saturday, April 11th, 9am-12pm @ Melbourne Rec Center
- LEAGUE FEES AND INITIAL OFFICIAL CIBSA ROSTERS ARE DUE AT THIS TIME
Roster Deadline: May 15th
- Any changes to Rosters must be submitted to the Board Secretary at paigevjscott@gmail.com by May 15th. These Rosters will be the rosters used for Tournament play, no changes will be accepted after this date.
Tournament Scheduling Meeting: Sunday, June 14th @ Ferguson Community Center
- Board Members @ 1:30pm and 1 representative from each town @ 4pm
- Coaches Poll will be sent out on June 7th, and will be due by June 12th at 6pm
End of Season Rules Meeting: Monday, July 20th, 6:30 pm @ LeGrand Community Center (aka Log Cabin)

- 1st Round Minors: Girls/Boys – Thursday, July 2nd
- 2nd Round PW: Girls/Boys- Wednesday, July 1st
- 2nd Round Minors: Girls/Boys – Monday, July 6th
- Semifinals PW: Girls/Boys – Tuesday, July 7th
- Semifinals Minors: Girls/Boys – Wednesday, July 8th
- Championships: Sunday, July 12th @ South Tama, North Field
- 11am: Girls PW
- 1pm: Girls Minor
- 3pm: Boys PW
- 5pm: Boys Minor
